HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.  You can check the Order Lookup page at any time after shipment to check the location of your package.

I PLACED MY ORDER, AND MY CARD WAS CHARGED. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We create most of our products to order, just for you, in various warehouses. Orders typically take about 7-14 business days to produce, then an additional 3-7 business days to ship.  Some specialty items ship internationally and may take a bit longer.  

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

Depending on the postal carrier you select, and your proximity to our closest warehouse, shipping typically takes about 3-5 business days.

WHAT DOES “AWAITING FULFILLMENT/SHIPMENT” MEAN?

“Awaiting Fulfillment/Shipment” means that your order is currently in production. This process usually takes between 7-14 business days. Once you entire order has been created and double checked, it will be shipped out. 

DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do offer international shipping at this time.  

 

WARRANTY

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has been submitted for production.  This means you'll need to cancel an order usually within 24-48 hours of order.  To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at support@trunktastic.com and speak to a representative. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Your item cannot be worn or washed and you will need to send your item back to:

We will email you once we receive it and process your refund. The money will be back in your account within 48 hours.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT EXCHANGING MY PRODUCT?

We do accept exchanges within one month of your receipt of the product. We only ask that these items are not worn or washed. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted. To make an exchange, please send back the item with the original invoice (if you still have it) and a note explaining the changes you would like us to make. Your exchange will be sent out within 5-7 business days.
